The Dolphins have no chance of winning this game, but they will cover a three touchdown spread.

If you happen to know anyone who does think they’ll win--you need to have them committed.

Miami has, however, won the second match-up of the season between these two teams in the last three seasons. They could keep it reasonably close—like…within 22 points or so.

Miami also just got their first win of the season last week against the Ravens, who seem to have taken a wrong turn and ended up in Suckville.
The Dolphins were pressing before they got their win. Every game was even more mentally draining than it normally would have been, as the whole team was worried that they’d go winless on the season. Now they can loosen up. They have the monkey off their back and have nothing to lose.

The Patriots, on the other hand, want to win the game and go 16-0, but they don’t have any reason to try to win by more than three scores.
New England has been favored by 19 or more points three times this season. They’ve covered zero of those spreads.

It’s that simple, guys. The Patriots are amazing. The Dolphins are horrible. But don’t be an idiot.
