By Adam Barone— Last week the Giants, our free pick, were the first team of the season to cover as double digit favorites. Again we like a favorite. Don’t be afraid of Peyton. Jeff Fisher and the Titans can handle a little prime time pressure.

Tennessee remains the league’s only undefeated team. The absence of Vince Young has obviously been an unexpected boost for them, and they’ll be anxious to prove themselves in front of a national audience.

Indianapolis never plays well in their division, while Tennessee has always played the AFC South well. How’s 3-9 for the Colts versus 10-1 for the Titans sound? That includes four straight covers for the Titans head to head.

Of course the Colts play well on Monday night. They’re hardly themselves this season, however, ranking 20th in both yards and points offensively.

Tennessee, on the flip side, ranks fourth in the league in rushing. That will certainly present a problem for the Colts, as they allow 153.7 yards per game on the ground. Hopefully you like numbers, as it’s also necessary to point out that the Titans only allow 179 passing yards per game—good for fifth in the league.

The absence of Bob Sanders versus the presence of “Mr. Monday Night,” Titans’ linebacker Keith Bullock, will make for a big confidence advantage for Tennessee.

Meanwhile, (likely the coolest of all transitions) Titans’ thunder and lightning duo of LenDale White and Chris Johnson, soon to be re-nicknamed “Jake and the Fat Man” should have a regular bonanza frolicking through the Colts Swiss cheese defense.

It’s really that simple folks. Don’t just jump on the Colts just because they’re the Colts and you don’t think the Titans deserve to be 7-0. They will be whether you like it or not.
